This compact, self-contained, portable system continuously filters mechanical pump fluids. By removing acids, alkalis, moisture, particles and other corrosives and contaminants, you can reduce maintenance costs and prolong pump and fluid life. Processes requiring this protection include LPCVD, ion implanting, dry etching, reactive ion etching, vacuum distillation, freeze drying, and many others.
