Vacuum Pump Rebuilding Services

More Factory Training and Experience

When your pump needs service, only the best is good enough. We're recognized as experts by vacuum equipment manufacturers and users alike. That's why several manufacturers have selected Mass-Vac as their sole authorized service center for New England.

Our knowledge and experience are so highly sought-after that our technicians are regularly asked to teach at training seminars at manufacturers' facilities as well as in the field. That's expertise. And it's one very good reason why you should trust your pumps to no one else. Mass-Vac is the best choice for fine workmanship, fast turnaround, and attention to detail.

Committed to Health, Safety and the Environment

It's important to know that hazardous materials which may be in your pump are handled safely and disposed of properly. As a federally licensed hazardous waste generator, we maintain inspection waste manifests that trace all of our waste to its ultimate destination.

From routine air sampling at the pump tear down point, to regular testing of waste streams, we take all the right steps to provide the safest environment possible at our facility. We are all aware of the value of a clean environment. In support of this, we voluntarily discontinued the use of all ozone-depleting chlorinated solvents.

Our commitment to the environment is your best protection.

Our Work is Fully Guaranteed

We stand by the quality of our work. That's why we offer a 90 day parts and labor warranty that begins when you put the pump back in service - not when it leaves our facility. But that's not where our service ends. We'll show you how to keep your pump running longer between rebuilds. Because of our experience, we know why pumps fail. If you have problems with any of your vacuum applications we can help you analyze the problem and develop a solution.

Fast Turnaround, Free Pickup and Delivery

When your pump needs rebuilding, you want it back quickly. That means that your rebuilder must have the right parts on hand for your pump. Mass-Vac stocks standard replacement parts for every major manufacturer, plus many parts not standard but often required. Our extensive inventory allows us to provide two-week turnaround on rebuilds - faster in an emergency. And in the unlikely event that we don't have parts in stock, our excellent relationships with our suppliers enable us to get what you need in a hurry!

Salvage those obsolete pumps.

Mass-Vac, Inc. maintains a huge library of vacuum pump manuals dating back to the 1950's. We can typically second source enough parts to get long obsolete pumps back in working order for far less than the cost to replace them with new pumps.
